MANAGER TECHNOLOGY STRATEGIES CREDIT PRODUCTS
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? This position leads the organizational business technology transformation for the commercial credit products division. Oversees a cross-functional team of business subject matter experts in the planning and implementation of change management and aligns change management practices to the division's strategy, business cadences, and organizational culture.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Strategic Technology Change Management Leadership
- Determine and manage the holistic organizational change management strategy for the business technology transformation.
- Oversee a cross-functional team of business subject matter experts in the planning and implementation of change management assessments, activities and tactics, content deliverables, and metrics reporting.
- Align change management practices to the division's strategy, business cadences, and organizational culture.
- Serve as change management lead and go-to expert to guide technology solution deployment and workforce adoption across the business technology transformation.
- Institute best practices in technology transformation program management, project sponsor and executive-level stakeholder engagement, communication of solution design, target state, and/or strategic vision.
- Technology Transformation Advisory
- Advise and support the division leader and/or executive sponsor(s) in evangelizing the vision, objectives, and requirements of technology transformation project initiatives to gain buy in from impacted leaders and functions across the broader organization.
- Advise and support sub function domain owners and subject matter experts in fit-for-purpose solution design by recommending best practices in stakeholder analysis, current state system/tool and process documentation, pain point identification, business requirements gathering, change impact assessment, solution demos, and solution enhancement roadmaps.
- Support division business leaders in representing impacted workforce needs and interests with respect to enterprise-wide and/or large-scale strategic and operational technology initiatives originating outside the division.
- Advise project owners in establishing, producing, and reporting on business outcomes and adoption metrics for regulatory initiatives requiring demonstration of effective solution design, deployment, and workforce adoption of change.
- Participate in quarterly and ad hoc technology transformation roadmap planning by helping the business to identify, assess, and plan new solution opportunities.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Required Qualifications*
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience related to one or more of the following areas: Technology Change Management, Technology Organization and Team Development, Technology Design and Restructuring, Technology Effectiveness, and Technology Executive Advisory and Coaching.
- Minimum of 5 years experience serving organizations in the Financial Services Industry.
- Minimum of 3 years management or supervisory experience
- Transformation and adoption experience with one or more of the following: nCino/Salesforce, Moody's and Experian.
- Familiarity with Program Management, Target Operating Model Strategy, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Culture Change, and Agile Change Methodologies.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university required; advanced degree in Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, or related field preferred.
- Experience supporting large-scale business transformation initiatives, technology implementations and migrations, and organizational restructuring.
- Strong ability to collaborate with senior leadership to align project objectives with organizational goals, balance competing priorities, and manage executive buy in across the organizational hierarchy.
- Critical thinker with strong analytical, communication (oral/written) and executive-level presentation skills – able to distill complicated, multi-faceted issues into the key themes and messages.
- Collaborative team member who can work independently, multitask, and prioritize competing demands to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and complex environment.
- Proactive and organized self-starter with a positive attitude, powerful work ethic, strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to resolve internal differences and maintain confidentiality across a broad range of topics.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Compensation Starting base salary: $127,626 - $237,014 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
