SALES SUPPORT ADMIN-MORTGAGE

 

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? Works with division sales management to assess and improve sales processes, tools, and infrastructure to support a strong and effective sales culture. Provides information to management on the effectiveness of sales practices and activities and develops and implements metrics, tracking and analysis reports. Supports the overall sales process to include communications, best practices, sales campaigns, marketing, onboarding, training etc. Creates and compiles monthly and quarterly performance data and reports utilizing various CNB systems for incentive plan calculations, cross sale tracking, and other special projects as applicable

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
  • Oversee sales metrics and analysis for the division. Responsible for performance reporting including incentive plan calculations and measuring the larger client experience beyond mortgage originations.
  • Expand and improve colleague onboarding process for the Division. Work closely with division managers as well as cross divisional partners to ensure successful onboarding experience for all new colleagues.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert in Salesforce for the division and contribute to development and operationalizing/utilization of those capabilities across all levels of colleagues in the division. Act as a data steward validating, updating and maintaining Salesforce data. Work with SFDC SME and RLD team to develop Salesforce enhancements. Provide training as well as develop process and procedures.
  • Develop standardized results (including but not limited too): Commission/bonus worksheets, work with reporting and compensation teams to ensure accurate and timely sales compensation.
  • Track recruitment for sales division and work with sales management on recruitment strategy and individual recruiting. Communicate new hires across division.
  • Develop and oversee Market Business Prospect/plan for each region; identify specific target market, review Prospect/lead database (annually), develop model for Stack Ranking prospect list, Operation Clipboard, COI list and updates to Salesforce. Track various referral and COI events, visits, VIP events etc.
  • Develop division corporate communications. Provides information to Residential Banking colleagues and management on the effectiveness of sales process and activities.
  • Work closely with key sales partners to enhance knowledge of marketing strategies and complementary sales goals (Including desired activities, such as calling requirements, relationship planning and referral development).
  • Stays current on general sales (management) trends in related industries and ensures that City National Bank is exposed to and employs all appropriate best practices.
  • Work with RLD Risk Manager to ensure the RLD salesforce complies with all Bank Operational and Credit policies and procedures as well as all regulatory requirements (e.g. Bank Secrecy Act, Know Your Client, Community Reinvestment Act, Fair Lending Practices, Code of Conduct, etc.).

 

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Required Qualifications*
  • H.S. Diploma
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a banking environment
  • Minimum of 2 years in a performance measurement, performance analysis performance administration, or sales operations experience required.
  Additional Qualifications
  • Must possess strong analytical and math skills.
  • Strong understanding of unit and/or division performance measurements and incentive plans, as applicable.
  • Good project planning and coordination skills
  • Excellent computer literacy with a proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and other financial related systems as needed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills sufficient to interact with all levels of Bank personnel
  • Demonstrated skill at issues resolution, including ability to research and determine root causes and engaging partners in solutions.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Compensation Starting base salary: $65,296 - $104,304 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
