You will work cooperatively and collaboratively as a member of the management team. With the Manager, you will contribute to and implement the long and short range plans for the branch, identify operational efficiencies, set service standards, and model the EPL service philosophy of Find A Way to Say Yes. You will recruit, train, supervise and coordinate the work of Library Assistants who provide services and programming. You will promote a team environment that supports staff in developing their leadership and capacity to meet the Library's objectives.
