Join our team and play a vital role in keeping our fleet running smoothly! This position offers a hands-on opportunity to work with a variety of vehicles and equipment, contributing directly to the efficiency of our operations.

As an Auto Service Person II/Tow Tech you'll focus on towing automotive vehicles and equipment, including vehicle recovery and delivery. You'll be responsible for routine inspections and non-mechanical servicing.

What will you do?

• Deliver units to commercial vendors, operate a wide range of units to assist in diagnosis and repair
• Tows or drive defective automotive equipment to a repair shop
• Run 4 different types of tow trucks - Light duty, single axle deck, tandom axle deck, Tractor landoll Trailer
• 1 week per month Monday to Monday on call
• Complete field servicing as assigned
• Visually inspects vehicle components such as tie rod ends, universal joints, brake hoses, exhaust systems, and oil and coolant systems for excessive wear or leaks and reports findings to a journeyman or foreperson
• Greet and assist customers in defining and identifying problems and obtaining services offered by the Branch
• Perform other duties as required
