As an HR Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to branch leadership teams, providing guidance on a wide range of Human Resources matters and will work closely with senior leaders to understand their business strategies and priorities, and develop Human Resources solutions to support their goals. 

What Will You Do?

• Lead and participate in the implementation of corporate Human Resources projects, programs and initiatives
• Develop and build strong relationships, influence decision-making, and drive results
• Provide strategic Human Resources consulting and advice to branch leadership teams
• Support the implementation of Employee Services programs
• Conduct workforce analysis and research
• Develop and deliver presentations to diverse audiences
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Perform other related duties as required
