Description

The HR Generalist IV plays a key role in leveraging company data to uphold precision and consistency across compensation tracking and reporting processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze company data on compensation, pay equity, and incentive utilization.
  • Conduct analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of bonus programs in driving employee engagement and retention.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership with data-driven storytelling and visualization.
  • Lead the design and implementation of company-wide bonus, incentive, and merit programs
  • Lead the creation, rollout, and performance tracking of various bonus and incentive programs.
  • Analyze bonus program outcomes to assess effectiveness and trends over time.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in bonus data tracking and reporting.
  • Develop and run recurring and ad-hoc reports on pay and compensation programs
  • Other special projects and duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • At least 3-5 years of human resources experience preferred.
