- Minimum of 18 months RECENT PERM Med/Surg Telemetry experience prior to travel
- MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
- AHA BLS & ACLS required
- Qualivis – Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked
