Position Summary:
The Regional Clinical Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing clinical quality and operations within a designated market. This leadership position requires a seasoned Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with extensive experience in Applied Behavior Analysis services and a proven track record of effective management. This position is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of ABA services, the professional development of clinical team members, and the financial well-being of their market. Outcome Measures:
- Demonstrate measurable progress in achieving financial performance goals, with a focus on controlling labor costs within the region.
- Attain a treatment adherence rate of over 75% for clients within the division, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in interventions.
- Enhance client satisfaction, as reflected in an increased Net Promotor Score (NPS), by implementing targeted improvements based on client feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strong and visionary leadership to the clinical team, setting clear expectations and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Develop and communicate strategic goals for the clinical department in alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide ongoing supervision and support to clinical team members, ensuring adherence to ABA principles and best practices.
- Participate in gross margin planning to predict coming month trends based one expected revenue and labor.
- Establish and implement quality assurance measures to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines.
- Assess the needs and requirements of clients to determine appropriate caseload assignments.
- Cultivate positive and professional relationships with payors and funding sources to enhance collaboration and communication.
- Conduct regular reviews of client records, assessments, and interventions to maintain clinical excellence.
- Provide expert consultation on complex cases, guiding and collaborating with clinical teams in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Deliver training and support to enhance the clinical skills and knowledge of team members and support professional growth and development.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting to clients, families, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other department heads and organizational leadership to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
Job Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- BCBA or BCBA-D certification
- Substantial experience in ABA services, including leadership and supervisory roles
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team toward achieving organizational goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective organizational skills to manage clinical and administrative responsibilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in providing training and professional development
