School-Based ABA Behavior Technician (BT)
Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring immediately for ABA Behavior Technicians (BTs) in Tewksbury, MA, and the surrounding areas. Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour

Job Duties
- Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with Autism, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community.
- Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. In addition, ABA Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) assist in addressing challenging behaviors.
- Duties also include collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.
- 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role.
Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- School schedule 7:45am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
- Availability during after-school hours from 3:00pm - 8:00pm Monday to Friday, as well as on weekends and holidays
- Childcare experience required
