Home Health facility needs an experienced Advanced Practice Provider for Full-time Primary Care of Adult patient population. In the field seeing patients in a home health setting and some remote admin time. 40 hours total; M-F 8-5. EcW EMR. 6-8 Adult patients per day. Pays mileage from first stop to last stop. - 2 years APP experience
- Full time Hours: Home Health in the Field 8-5 M-F
- Patients primary care in home health setting and some remote admin
- Adult patient population 6-8 patients per day
