Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program. Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred. Relevant experience in a critical access hospital setting including ED, Med Surg, and LTC. Proven ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
