Fort Myers, FL

Hours: Monday thru Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm, NO WEEKENDS!

CPS Solutions, LLC is seeking highly motivated and customer service-oriented professionals who want to elevate their career to the next level. We are currently conducting a search for a Pharmacy Administrative Assistant to join a growing team of colleagues at our customer site, Lee Memorial Hospital in Fort Myers, FL, to provide provide administrative support to the Pharmacy management and personnel to include maintaining the pharmacy office, answering phones, assisting management with various tasks to support the pharmacy.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains Pharmacy Administrative Office at client facility by performing administrative duties: answer phones, maintain supplies, filing, manage mail and faxes, etc.
  • Maintains office equipment and accurate inventory of all equipment.
  • Assist with new employee set-up.
  • Provide administrative support for potential candidates at the site: assist with scheduling interviews & follow- up, maintain new hire files, coordinate CPS and hospital-system training.
  • ADP Workforce Now Timecard management for payroll – backup.
  • Maintain pharmacy license records for pharmacy staff.
  • Maintains compliance standards and accreditation requirements (temperature testing, shipping verification).
  • Organize and maintain site files in an orderly fashion.
  • Assist with Employee relations issues as needed.
  • Perform or assist with pharmacy employee scheduling and attendance.
  • Serve as point of contact for scheduling group events, meetings, or conferences as needed for the leadership team.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

 Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent degree
  • 2+ years' related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office-Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent organization skills with an attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
