Corporate Account Analyst
CPS Clinical Services
Home-based

As a full-time, exempt home-based CPS Corporate Analyst with our CPS Solutions, LLC Clinical Services team, you will provide quality support to hospital pharmacy operations of CPS.  Duties include administration, audits and review of pharmacy performance data for assigned accounts via the corporate computer system.  You are the primary contact for Pharmacy Director for day to day support needs, and will notify CPS subject matter experts when additional support is required for program integration.  You may also participate in the development and monitoring of daily, weekly, monthly and annual performance reports.  

Salary:  $55k-70k (depending upon years of related work experience) + annual bonus

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in healthcare or business-related field, or in lieu of degree some post-secondary education and related industry experience
  • Three years of healthcare experience
  • Understanding of pharmacy services and pharmacy experience
  • Experience working in pharmacy operations or pharmacy industry such as with a GPO and Wholesaler
  • Experience working with analytics software, personal computers, Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
  • Previous account management experience in a service organization

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Ability to effectively use CPS technology, evaluate and facilitate the integration of the pharmacy services plan and CPS resources at CPS client sites
  • Ability to assess and achieve targeted results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and a high degree of professionalism 
  • Able to work independently by exercising judgment and discretion 
  • Expertise in other areas of healthcare or management may be required
  • Ability to travel away from home location up to 15% of the time
