Director of Pharmacy – Full Time

As a full-time, exempt CPS Solutions, LLC Director of Pharmacy, you will oversee all pharmacy operations including planning, organizing, controlling, and supervising activities, according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and state and federal laws. You will recommend innovations in the practice and function of the pharmacy to hospital administration and carry out mutually agreed-upon programs with assistance from a full support team.
Schedule: This position is scheduled to work at least 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday daytime hours.
Starting Pay: $140,000 to $155,000 annual plus bonus, depending on experience.
About the Facility: Cumberland Hall Hospital is a 97 bed premier behavioral health facility specializing in mental health and substance abuse treatment. The hospital offers a wide range of services for children, adolescents, and adults, including inpatient programs for severe mental health crises, outpatient psychiatric services, intensive outpatient programs, and partial hospitalization programs. Additionally, the hospital provides comprehensive addiction recovery services, such as medical detoxification and chemical dependency programs. Cumberland Hall Hospital is particularly noted for its tailored programs addressing the unique mental health needs of active military members, veterans, and their families. Established in 1987, the hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and staffed by a dedicated team of professionals, including psychiatrists, therapists, and nurses, who are committed to providing compassionate and patient-centered care. The pharmacy is open Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 4:30PM. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.
Required Qualifications:
- BS or PharmD from an accredited School of Pharmacy
- Kentucky Pharmacist licensure in good standing
- 3 to 5 years of management experience in a healthcare/hospital environment
- Ability to solve problems, establish trust and credibility
- Demonstrated teaching, relevant professional publications and involvement with Professional organizations
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, respond to client concerns and work cooperatively with other staff
Hospital Requirements
- TB Test - Proof of negative TB test within the last 12 months (PPD, QFT, or CXR)
- (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or a blood titer proving immunity
- Varicella - 2 document doses or a blood titer proving immunity
- Hep B3 Series (or declination)
- (Flu) Influenza - required for hire between Oct 1st and April 30th
- COVID Vaccine
