A Day in the Life of an LPN / CMA - OB/GYN Clinic In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the day-to-day clinical operations, focusing on direct patient care by preparing patients for their physician's examination and assisting during procedures. You'll also play a crucial role in patient education, helping individuals understand their treatments and scheduled tests, ensuring they feel informed and supported. Documentation is a key part of your responsibilities; you'll maintain precise records of treatments, interventions, and patient communications. Collaboration is vital as you will coordinate closely with physicians, other nurses, and clinic staff to optimize patient flow and care delivery. The position demands adaptability and problem-solving skills, especially in high-stress situations or when handling emergency scenarios, to maintain smooth clinic operations and high standards of care. Qualifications

Education and Experience Required
  • American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire
  • Current LPN license from the State of Minnesota -OR- Graduate of a medical assistant program with CMA OR CCMA certification within one year of hire
  • One year of clinical nursing experience
Compensation and Benefits The pay range is listed above. Actual pay rate offered is determined based on experience in this role. Please be sure to include all applicable experience in your application.
