Now Hiring: Compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for Home Care & Hospice!

• Travel within a 24-mile radius of CRMC, with paid driving time and mileage reimbursement at the federal rate.
• You will have a weekend off every quarter. Additional shifts are available at the regular LPN wage.

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct patient care: Assist with physical assessments, administer medications, and perform wound care, venipuncture, and urinary catheterization.
• Collaborate: Work closely with a healthcare team, including Registered Nurses, to implement and support personalized care plans.
• Patient & Family Education: Teach patients and their families about disease management, medication, and how to maintain safety at home.
• Document & Report: Maintain accurate records of patient care using electronic medical record systems and report any changes in patient condition.
• Ensure Safety & Compliance: Follow infection control protocols and meet regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For:

• Licensure & Certifications: Active LPN license in Minnesota and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Valid Minnesota driver's license.
• Experience: Previous experience in home care or hospice preferred, but not required.
• Skills: Strong clinical judgment, time management, and excellent communication skills. Must be able to work independently.
• Physical Ability: Comfortable with tasks that require physical stamina, including standing, kneeling, and assisting with patient mobility.

 The pay rate for this position is $33.91
