This role supports patient care by performing specimen collection, analytical testing, and accurate result reporting in a hospital laboratory. Work is completed under the supervision of certified laboratory professionals while following established procedures and regulatory standards. The environment is fast-paced and requires strong attention to detail, quality control, and instrument maintenance. Daily collaboration occurs with nurses, providers, and laboratory leadership to communicate results and address patient needs. Responsibilities span multiple laboratory disciplines, requiring adaptability, organization, and a commitment to continuous learning.

At the Laboratory of Cuyuna Regional Medical Center, we deliver accurate, timely, and vital diagnostic testing that empowers providers, specialists, and care teams to make informed treatment decisions for their patients. • Working knowledge of standard laboratory principles, instrumentation, and procedures required
• Bachelor's degree in chemical, biological, clinical, or medical laboratory science (International candidates must provide a foreign degree equivalency certificate)
• A copy of the highest diploma or transcript of degree obtained

• Previous experience in a clinical or hospital laboratory
