Manages daily operational reports along with supporting all precert/preD front line employees. Has responsibility for leading/managing all aspects of assigned projects. Will be expected to prioritize work, resources, and time. Ensures the end state of the project and/or business operations meets business objective(s) and that all deliverables and due dates are met. Requires managing relationships across the segments and multiple functional areas. Additional responsibilities to include but not limited to the following: - Provides input on business plan to achieve business goals. - Supports implementation efforts by managing assigned projects and meeting project deadlines. - Supports assigned projects by creating timelines, identifying key milestones, and assigning resources to successfully complete work. - Organizes, documents, distributes, and communicates project materials, including, but limited to the following: project plan, communication plan, project budget, open issues, project status, project outcomes, project requirements, training materials, internal work requests, and report requests. - Assists with the management of internal relationships, processes, and performance indicators. In some cases, these relationships may be external. Identifies issues that may stall projects and works with management to address them. - Tracks progress and communicates project status on a regular basis to all impacted parties. Ensures they are informed of next steps for completion. - May identify gaps and recommend enhancements related to new and/or existing products, services, and workflows. - May conduct presentations or develop meeting materials. - Develops recommendations based on complex data and root cause analysis. *Required Qualifications* - 3 plus years of project management experience supporting Utilization Management - Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). *Preferred Qualifications* - Proven track record meeting project deadlines - Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep projects on task - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Strong presentation & influencing skills *Education* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $43,700.00 - $107,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
