The successful candidate will report to and collaborate within the Implementation Management Office (IMO) with other Project Managers and Project Business Analysts. Primary responsibility will be to manage system projects supporting multiple business areas and to solve with multiple system solution teams (Internal and External), then to implement through our scheduled system releases.  Has responsibility for leading/managing all aspects of a project and or program such as ideation, planning, coordination, development, and implementation. It includes understanding the financial implications while prioritizing work, resources, and time. Ensures the end state of the project and/or business operations meet the business objective(s), and that all deliverables and due dates are met. Highly collaborative process often requires managing relationships across business segments or multiple functional areas. Proactively leads assigned project by creating project timeline, identifying key milestones, and additional resources needed to successfully complete the work. Assists with the management of internal and external relationships, processes, and performance. Identifies issues that may stall the project and works with management to address them. Tracks progress and communicates project status on a regular basis to all impacted parties. Builds communication plan for implementation to ensure all impacted parties (upstream/downstream) are informed of next steps for completion. Effective communicator with strong people skills. *Preferred Qualifications* Previous experience in Insurance/Healthcare strongly encouraged. SAFe/Agile Software development experience desired. IT experience preferred. *Education* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $43,700.00 - $91,800.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
