We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable. *Position Summary* As the Human Resources (HR) Solution Delivery Advisor you will help support the development and implementation of HR operational strategies and interventions that improve business results. You will serve as a representative on a variety of different projects with a diverse set of focus areas. You will be responsible for managing multiple simultaneous projects from initial planning of tasks and deadlines, to resulting changes in process and systems. Often you are relied upon to extract and interpret data for multiple projects as they evolve. This role will also document all steps and issues for resolution and participate in identifying courses of action. Some of your key responsibilities will include: • Owning transformative and data driven projects. • Leading cross-functional presentations, with internal and external partners. • Collaborating with all levels of the organization to solve complex challenges. You will collaborate with other HR functions (such as HR Business Partners, Recruiting, Organizational Design, Change Management, and other HR Shared Services Centers of Excellence), Corporate Communications, Legal, Compliance, and Business Operations. Additionally, you may act as a liaison between the internal operations teams and the coordinating HR areas. Your success will be driven by your ability to inspire change in a dynamic, matrixed organization and your ability to establish and maintain deep cross-functional relationships with business partners. You will need to bring a high level of experience dealing with highly confidential information to liaise between the Leaders, HRBP's and other constituents, both external and internal. To be successful in this role, you need to possess the following: * Strong relationship builder with enhanced capability to impact and influence at various levels in the organization * Reflect results-oriented project management, facilitation and consultative skills to impact and influence decision-making Proven ability to develop structure in complex or ambiguous situations. * Flexible attitude with respect to work assignments * Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate a flexible attitude in response to shifting dynamics, adversity and/or change * Highly analytical with keen attention to detail and the ability to manipulate and extract insights from data * Excellent written, verbal, and strong interpersonal skills are required that include a strict attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality while showing sound judgment and decision-making skills. * Ability to manage strategic and tactical responsibilities with ease and a positive attitude, in addition to balancing competing priorities in both strategic and day-to-day service delivery * Technical knowledge of and proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, as well as the project management software, Internet/Intranet, web meetings, and Cognos reporting *Required Qualifications* • 5+ years of experience working in Human Resources with increasingly progressive levels of responsibility and leadership - Basic practice and knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, federal and state respective employment laws, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, and diversity or general business experience. • 2+ years of experience managing programs in a fast-paced, matrixed environment • Willingness and ability to support minimal travel for business needs *Preferred Qualifications* - Project Management Certification - PHR/SPHR or other professionally recognized HR certifications - PBM Business Operations knowledge *Education* Bachelors degree in Business or related field or equivalent years of related professional work experience *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $60,300.00 - $139,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
