There are locations all over the US *** *Position Summary* As a Senior Data Scientist you will use a practical approach to analyzing business metrics and addressing business challenges with actionable, data-driven talent management solutions. You will support the Lead Data Scientists as needed and lead your own projects and problem solve with business leaders, provide thought leadership, and support the design, development and implementation of HR analytic initiatives involving statistical analysis, modeling, business case preparation, implementation, and oversight. You play an integral part of the Human Resources Team, providing Business and HR leaders across the Enterprise with actionable insights from people data that build strategic advantage, mitigate risk, and create return on investment. Using your knowledge of the business, research methods, and statistics, you will help translate complex business questions and challenges into analytic projects. In the role you will: utilize statistical techniques and mathematical analyses, prepare datasets for analysis and assure data quality, use data visualization techniques to effectively communicate analytical results and support business decisions, etc. *Requirements:* 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data visualization, statistics, human behavior research *Preferred Qualifications* * Advanced HR concepts * Advanced psychological and statistical concepts * People Analytics * Machine learning, AI, web scrapping * Navigating large complex matrixed organizations * Alteryx *Education Requirements * * Bachelors Degree required or equivalent experience * Masters degree preferred *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $97,335.00 - $201,900.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
