Job Details
• MSICU RN - Nights - Deaconess Gateway **AUTO OFFER**
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 (will accept 48 upon request)
• Shift Requirement: 12hr Nights 6:30-7
• Charting Experience: Recent EPIC experience required (will be required to do a checkoff class)
• COVID-19 Vaccine Not Required -- Subject to change
• GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed

Job Requirements
• Minimum Experience REQUIRED: 3 years RN experience, 1 full year of ICU/Critical Care experience, 1 travel assignment, trauma level II experience.
• REQUIRED- Tele/12-lead EKG interpretation (travelers are required to pass a tele test), ETT/Vent management (RT available), Initiate/titrate drips (sedatives, paralytics, pressor, antiarrhythmics, etc.). Must have strong assessment and critical thinking skills!
• PREFERRED- Post code TTM, CRRT, massive transfusion (Belmont).
• Hard worker, resilient and manages change well, social candidates.

Schedule Information
• Start: 11/18 or 12/2 - Bi-weekly orientation
• Shift Requirement: 12hr Nights 6:30-7
• Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Three weekends out of every six week schedule. Every other holiday.

Unit Specific Information
• Unit Information: 13 beds; can flex up to 17, typical census is 14-15 beds.
• Ratio: Days 1:2-3; NOCs 1:2-3 (third patient often waiting for transfer) CN takes at least one patient on each shift.
• All shifts have CNA support.
• Scrub Colors: Navy blue scrubs
