- Medical Surgical / Telemetry position available at Deaconess Gateway Hospital.
- Weekend Days - Deaconess Gateway **AUTO OFFER**
- Start: 11/18 or 12/2 - Bi-weekly orientation.

- Job Requirements
- Two years of strong cardiac/tele experience.
- At least one completed travel assignment.
- Trauma level II experience required.
- Recent EPIC charting experience required (will be required to do a checkoff class).
- Skills in Tele/12-lead EKG interpretation, heart cath recovery, PIV insertion, chest tube/indwelling drain management, drip management, CBI, detox/CIWA protocol experience, central line care needed.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills are a must.
- Schedule Information
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 (option for 48 upon request).
- Shift Requirement: 12hr Days EVERY WEEKEND 6:30-7.
- Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Every Weekend and every other holiday.
- Unit Specific Information
- Unit: Cardiac Renal Unit MS/Tele RN.
- Unit Size: 34 beds.
- Strong leadership team.
- Social candidates who are hard workers, resilient and manage change well preferred.
- Additional Details
- Bed size: 34.
- Case type: Post cardiac procedure, A-fib RVR, ESRD, CHF, sepsis, tracheostomies, nephrostomy tubes/renal biopsy, behavioral health/detox.
- Patient ratio: Days 1:4-5, NOCs 1:6-7; CN takes a patient assignment.
- Unit Strengths: Strong leadership team.
