Description
The successful candidate must demonstrate experience, skills, and commitment to fostering an environment of diversity and inclusion in student, faculty and staff.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity and/or Information Technology. Master's degree preferred.
- Work experience: Significant (minimum of two years) professional or technical work experience in the field of Information Technology or Cybersecurity.
- Ability to teach in a variety of formats which include face-to-face, online, and blended.
- Demonstrated currency at a significant professional or technical level in the field of cyber security and/or information technology.
ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCES CONSIDERED:
- At least one year of teaching experience is preferred.
- Applicable technology certification and/or related work experience, preferably one or more of the following:
- Cisco Training
- Check Point Firewalls
- CompTIA certifications
- Linux
- VMware
- Willing to attend specialized training (ie. Cisco, Check Point.)
