Our community is looking for an Assistant Dining Room Manager to join our team.  

Responsibilities

  • Maintains visibility during mealtimes by seating and greeting residents, address any concerns and ensures that their needs have been met.
  • Assists with schedules and assigns tasks to wait staff, including assigning of tables and side and closing duties.
  • Directs and monitors wait staff, including, uniform and personal appearance, customer service, and proper food handling techniques.
  • Trains wait staff on all operating procedures and menu education.
  • Supervises and supports dining room and surrounding areas for proper directional flow, organization and supplies placement.

Qualifications:

  • Must enjoy working with seniors
  • Ability to interact with guests, residents and staff in a courteous and friendly manner
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two (2) years' experience in fine dining preferred
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Food Services Sanitation Certificate required.
