- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.

- Prioritization and time management skills for efficient scheduling and completion of tasks.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals.
- Physical stamina and mobility are required to manage a full day's workload, including reaching, bending, lifting, and carrying.
