Memory Care Director
Discovery Village at Stuart Senior Living, located in Stuart, FL, is hiring a Memory Care Director to lead the clinical team in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
We offer a starting annual salary of approximately $65,000, commensurate with experience, along with a 10% annual performance bonus target.

Your Role: Memory Care Director
As the Memory Care Director, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our memory care neighborhood, ensuring compassionate, individualized care for residents living with dementia. Your role is both programmatic and people-focused—developing engaging activities, supervising care staff, supporting families, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. What You'll Do
- Plan, organize, and lead all operations within the memory care neighborhood in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Partner with the Activities Director to ensure a variety of meaningful and dementia-appropriate activities are available throughout the day and evening
- Oversee and facilitate the design, scheduling, and delivery of the Life Skills program and other memory care-specific initiatives
- Foster a positive, collaborative relationship with Alzheimer's and dementia-focused organizations in the local community
- Organize and lead monthly family support group meetings for residents' loved ones
- Provide supervision and direction to C.N.A.s and other care staff within the memory care unit
- Ensure a resident-centered approach that supports dignity, engagement, and quality of life
What You Bring
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dementia care management or leadership role
- Ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and delegate tasks effectively
- Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
- Sound judgment and critical thinking abilities
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings or weekends if needed
