**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for customer service, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience to our guests by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and inform guests about special promotions or menu items.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system or order pad.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Address any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Replenish beverages and assist guests with additional requests.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team environment.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience as a Server or in a customer service role preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (if applicable in your area).
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [Specify weight] pounds as needed.
