Program Highlights: 

  • Assisting with sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
  • Planning and helping to organize career fairs and recruitment events.
  • Assisting in screening resumes and application forms.
  • Posting, updating, and removing job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks.
  • Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.
  • Coordinating interviews and contact applicants, as needed.
  • Updating and maintaining employee records and recruitment databases.
  • Participating in candidate evaluation and selection processes.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:  

  • Eligibility & Sponsorship: Eligible to work indefinitely in the United States. 
  • Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field. 
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
