General Summary:
This role is responsible for supporting the Real Estate and Store Development organization by processing invoices and maintaining ongoing reports. The position also acts as a technical support contact for both internal and external users for systems and applications utilized by the Real Estate and Store Development organization
Job Details:Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supports the organization by processing both capital and expense invoices for new, relocation, expansion, and remodel projects.
- Provide analytical support through effective reporting of pipeline metrics, recurring updates, and key performance indicators; Create, improve, and maintain all associated reports specific to Real Estate and Store Development.
- Serves as a systems and application Administrator by providing technical support to our vendors and internal users.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Proficient in organization, time, and project management with ability to manage multiple priorities and provide timely and accurate project status reporting.
- Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and office personnel.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and work independently.
- Basic PC skills to include working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation, and web applications.
Work Experience &/or Education:
- College degree preferred.
- 1-3 years experience in retail or commercial real estate development environment required and may be substituted for degree
