Job Details:DUTIES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Accountable for quality assurance capabilities, including solution execution for test results, developing and writing test plans and scripts for tracking defects and fixes in product development, software application development, information systems, and operations systems; create and communicate test plans and scripts that will determine optimal application performance according to specifications that established metrics to determine the readiness, quality, and operability of software, systems, and products due for release to clients and/or within the enterprise; evaluate, improve, and implement processes across teams or functional area to advance quality assurance; manage staff performing software quality assurance testing for digital, merchandizing, distribution and transportation systems including manual, and automated testing of associated applications; periodically review software support log(s); track performance and identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement; document findings and request enhancements from the product owner; review quality testing results of team and recommend additional tests based on knowledge of business processes or applications.
Qualifications:Qualifications & Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Five (5) years of experience as a Software Quality Assurance Manager or a related role.
- Five (5) years of experience leading and managing software quality assurance and testing.
- Three (3) years of experience with scripting languages, including Java, JavaScript, and VBScript.
- Three (3) years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile development methodologies, and Jira.
- Three (3) years of experience with HP UFT/QTP, BPT, TOAD, SQL Developer, Oracle Database, UNIX, and Shell Scripting.
- Experience implementing and leading test automation solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams of more than six (6) people.
- May work remotely 100% from a home office location anywhere in the U.S. Travel to Goodlettsville, Tennessee is not required.
