Provides company decision logic, design input and technical support for store utility bill processes energy management systems (EMS). Supports internal department around various energy management group processes to drive construction pipeline, utility savings and sustainability goals.
Job Details:- Utility Open/Close Management
- Coordinate open/close of utility accounts based off new store pipeline and store closures (ex. 625+ New Stores)
- Facilitate account information to 3rd party partnership for open/close of utility accounts
- Maintain running database of account open/close transfers to keep track of target goals for the Construction/Real Estate department. 20%
- Energy Management System (EMS) Reactive Ticket Management
- Respond to various EMS related tickets regarding lighting schedules, HVAC temperature adjustments and refrigeration schedule adjustments
- Coordinate with maintenance for various EMS physical related repairs
- Energy Management/Utilities Email Inbox Management
- Respond to various ad-hoc requests for EMS, LED lighting warranty and energy bill information
- Manage utility inbox requests to help facilitate late utility bill payments and emergency open/close requests
- Utility Data Analysis and Modeling
- Review billing platform exception queue to audit billing errors and reduce utility cost
- Maintain gap analysis of electricity bills for various store formats to identify store outlies and drive cost reductions
- Support team on various energy efficiency/renewable projects by running reports performing analysis in Excel
- General Team Support
- Helps with scanned in notices/documents to resolve internally or facilitate to cross- functional team
- Process utility invoices from developers and landlords that pay bills on our behalf
- Demonstrated technical understanding to build cross-functional team alignment, commitment, and accountability for delivering results
- Analytical skillset to identify potential outliers/savings opportunities
- Strong organizational skills to effectively support the delivery pipeline and consistently deliver predictable results.
- Professional interpersonal and high impact influence skills resulting in an ability to effectively communicate, coordinate, align, and collaborate with a diverse set of internal and external project stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree and/or 1-2 years of relevant experience
