Salary Rate: $55,000

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and guidance for quality assurance, compliance, and performance improvement systems.
  • Verify accuracy of service delivery data and compile monthly invoices in compliance with funding and contract guidelines.
  • Monitor fidelity of evidence-based service delivery.
  • Analyze quality and safety metrics to identify areas for intervention, including external/internal audits and incident data.
  • Support development, monitoring, and evaluation of quality improvement initiatives to meet key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate on improvement and corrective action plans following audits and monitoring reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations, contract terms, and quality management standards.
  • Prepare and maintain performance reports, project tracking tools, and quality documentation.
  • Share relevant trends, research, and best practices with staff in workforce development, juvenile justice, and related fields.
  • Coordinate and facilitate staff training aligned with DJJ requirements, organizational needs, and contract mandates, including but not limited to Wraparound, Right Interactions, CPR/First Aid, and other evidence-based approaches.
  • Develop and evaluate on-the-job, pre-service, and in-service training for staff across all circuits.
  • Ensure LMS compliance, documentation of training records, and training file accuracy.
  • Assess training needs across sites, design onboarding processes, and develop performance reinforcement strategies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop learning content for monthly meetings and staff development events.
  • Organize and evaluate employee activities and events to boost morale and promote a supportive workplace culture.
  • Ensure resources and logistics for staff recognition and engagement initiatives are handled effectively.
  • Collaborate in the creation of job aids, resource guides, and other tools to support staff across the wraparound process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate degree with 2+ years of relevant experience accepted.
  • Minimum 2 years in quality assurance, compliance, or training in juvenile justice, social services, or education required. Certifications in Train-the-Trainer, Right Interactions, CPR/FA, and Motivational Interviewing preferred.
  • Required to pass a drug screen in compliance with our Substance Abuse and Drug-Free Workplace policy. 
  • Must be able to meet requirements for Eckerd's Auto Insurance and be able to drive for business purposes.

About Our Program:

The purpose of the After Care Resource Navigator Program is to increase positive outcomes for youth who are reentering the community from a residential commitment facility by identifying and establishing relationships with resources that address the service needs of youth and families, connecting youth served by the Program and their families with the appropriate resources to address their specific service needs. The Program provides transitional planning services to youth who are pending release from a Facility, including youth who will be supervised on Conditional Release (CR) or Post-Commitment Probation (PCP) upon their release, and Direct Discharge youth, who will be released with no supervision.
