Salary Rate: $85,000 - $95,000
Position Concept
- Assist in the development and execution of Eckerd Connects' Perpetual Performance Improvement Process across all direct services programs.
- Provides direct supervision of the Quality Improvement Specialists supporting and monitoring the delivery of high-quality programs in accordance with contract specifications by reviewing all aspects of program delivery.
- Review of general program oversight including project management and financial management and reporting functions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise, direct, motivate and evaluate performance of assigned staff. Implement staff training and evaluate professional growth plans and development.
- Facilitates monthly all team meetings and individual one on one meetings with each employee weekly.
- Oversight of staff-hiring, performance reviews, disciplinary actions up to and including terminations.
- Review reports from the Quality Improvement Specialists for accuracy and validity prior to submission to the VP of Performance and Quality.
- Ensure that every program has a program operations plan, internal audit tool and scorecard that drives established performance outcomes. Ensure that performance against standards is accurately tracked and reported, and negative performance variances are evaluated and corrected.
- Publish an internal Performance and Quality Improvement and Scorecard Analysis report monthly.
- Participate in reviews and analyses as a subject matter expert, serving as a resource to other team members.
- Maintain an accurate account of quality improvement and treatments service activities within the electronic filing respository on SharePoint.
- Represent the Quality Department at meetings, conferences, or initiatives.
- Research and have a working knowledge of the best current state practice, regulatory and accreditation compliance standards.
- Provide technical assistance and support to prepare for, coordinate and analyze the results of all external direct service monitoring.
- Director of Performance and Quality assists in the development of a fidelity-maintenance plan and tracking for evidence-based and promising practice interventions.
- Assist the VP of Performance and Quality in evaluating the effectiveness of all Eckerd Connects' Direct Services Operations.
- Performance analytics and trend identification, including analyzing performance data, identifying emerging risks or trends, and making recommendations to improve program outcomes and contract performance.
- Corrective action oversight, including monitoring implementation of corrective action plans, evaluating effectiveness of improvement efforts, and elevating unresolved concerns as appropriate.
- This position ensures fidelity to the evidence-based and promising practice, develops and implements successful corrective action plans, and collaborates with the evidence-based or promising practice program developers to ensure the successful and appropriate delivery of the curricula for all contracts. The position will assist with scorecards and ensure effective communication of strengths and weaknesses to the VP of Performance and Quality and program administration.
- The incumbent strives to build program quality by visiting program sites, providing constructive feedback directly as well as through written reports and championing program improvement initiatives to upper management at both the site and corporate support level.
- Assists Spoke leadership with special projects including procurements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, from an accredited College or University, in social work, counseling, sociology, education, public administration or a related field; and possess a minimum of five years of professional experience working with at-risk youth. Licensure as a LMHC, LCSW or LMFT preferred.
- Prefer at least five years of direct supervisory experience and certification in Evidence Based Practices. Analytical ability is required to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems and prioritize work.

- Must be able to meet requirements for Eckerd Connects Auto Insurance and be able to drive for business purposes.
