Temporary Full-Time Position

Duties & Responsibilities

  • The Recruiter is responsible for the assisting with oversight of all aspects of the recruiting process at Eckerd Connects. This includes, but is not limited to advertising, recruiting, Applicant Tracking System training and maintenance, and all other items directly or indirectly related to staffing and recruiting of Eckerd staff.
  • Sourcing: Create and maintain relationships with vendors to post vacant positions.
  • College Relations: Create and maintain relationships with universities/colleges in Eckerd Connects' locations and work with hiring managers to create Eckerd Connects presence at job fairs.
  • Advertising: Create and implement annual advertising plan for the organization. In conjunction with hiring managers, pro-actively identify hard-to-fill positions and create advertising plan to ensure adequate applicant pool.
  • Applicant Management: Human Resources point of contact for applicants.
  • Applicant Tracking System Management: Work with Human Resources Organization and Eckerd Connects' hiring managers to maintain and update ATS. Ensure hiring managers proper usage of ATS including posting job requisitions and moving applicants through hiring process. Assist applicants with ATS-related questions/concerns. Maintain standard and ad-hoc reports related to requisitions and candidates.
  • Screening/Interviewing: Assist hiring managers with conducting screening and interviewing for hard-to-fill positions or for new programs/acquisitions.
  • Compliance Reporting: Assist with complying with reporting requirements from funders and state/federal regulations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree, from an accredited College or University, preferred. Human Resources certification preferred (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP
  • One-year experience with all aspects of recruiting required.
  • Must meet state criminal background check requirements. Travel: Must be able to meet requirements for Eckerd's Auto Insurance and be able to drive for business purposes. Maintain an appropriate and valid state driver's license.
  • Required to pass a drug screen in compliance with our Substance Abuse and Drug-Free Workplace policy.
