Job Summary:
The Graf Administrative Coordinator is responsible for supporting front desk functions including insurance workflow, scheduling patients and assisting with benefits approvals, for Graf Center services. This may include acupuncture and nutritional counseling, and promoting the other integrative services to ensure a positive experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing administrative and clerical support, maintaining patient databases, assisting with special events and assisting with the retail area of the center. This position will Coordinate the Executive Wellness program and concierge daily activities, maintain records, follow up on all calls and main contacts for the program and the workflows with the patients and EH departments.

Status: Part-time - minimum 24 hours/week (Benefits Eligible)
Shift:   Days
Hours: M 9:15am-5:15pm, T 10:15am-6:15pm, W & F variable

 

Job Essentials: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.

  • Knowledge of insurance benefits and coding - to support the Graf Center Desk/insurance calls and be responsible for the Executive Wellness program's daily functions.
  • Minimum of 2 years medical / hospital, medical office, or wellness center experience required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office products required.
  • Direct patient and physician experience preferred.
  • A working knowledge or interest in holistic wellness a plus
  • Previous experience with EPIC and Athena a plus.
  • Comfortable working with Physicians and donors.

 


Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • College degree preferred.

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.
Minimum rate: $19.00/hour
