Englewood Health is hosting an in-person hiring event for our Patient Access Services team. We're looking for compassionate, customer-focused individuals who are ready to support patients and families at one of New Jersey's leading healthcare systems. Available Opportunities
- Full-time, part-time, per diem status available
- Patient Access Representative, Pre-Registration Representative, Pre-Authorization Representative roles available
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent. In the absence of such, a minimum of 5 years of related experience is required.
- Knowledge of HIPAA policies
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD, HCPCS, and/or drug codes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Clerical, data entry, and some typing skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to function independently

Englewood Health provides a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.
Minimum rate: $16.00
