Job Summary:
Assists in the delivery of urgent care health and patient care management by effectively performing select Lead medical assistant and administrative/clerical duties.

Job Essentials: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies:
- Current CMA certification required.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a medical office required.
- Must have knowledge of examination, diagnostic, and treatment room procedures.
- Knowledge of medical equipment and instruments to administer to patient care.
- Skilled in taking vitals and maintain medical records and recording test results.
- Knowledge in medical abbreviations and terminology.
- Knowledge in computer systems and applications, EMR experience a plus.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact effectively with patients, physicians, nurses, co-workers, hospital administration.
- Ability to exercise initiative, problem solving, and decision-making.
- Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions.
- Ability to establish priorities and coordinate work activities.
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate's Degree preferred.
