Job Summary:
The Oncology Clinical Coordinator facilitates care of the oncology patient across the continuum. This individual is an expert who provides leadership for the organization of services and systems necessary for a collaborative approach to oncologic care. The Coordinator works collaboratively with all members of the multi-disciplinary team to facilitate plans, implementation and evaluation of the program to achieve high quality, patient focused outcomes which support patient and family care and nursing practice in cancer care. Responsible for maintaining quality standards, professional documentation, nursing education and designated certifications.

Job Essentials: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of recent clinical experience in area of expertise. Experience working with oncology patients required.
  • Previous leadership/teaching experience preferred.
  • This candidate can either be an APN or RN-the responsibilities of the role would be different based on education.

Education Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Nursing required.

License/Registration/Certification:

    • Current New Jersey Profession Nurse License.
    • Certification in specialty area required.

Englewood Health provides a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law.  The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.

Minimum rate: $125,000
