Job Summary:
The Shirvan Family Live Well Center, located in downtown Englewood, will provide programming, education and hands on experience to members of the community at large. The Registered Dietitian will serve as a valued resource in providing education, practical and culturally appropriate guidance on nutritional awareness. He/She will provide evidence-based, nutritional counseling to clients of the Live Well Center and surrounding community through workshops. The Dietitian sees the client as whole and is able to assess clients using a holistic approach to their nutrition and well being.

Job Essentials: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience working as a Registered Dietitian accredited by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Must possess the ability to provide clear and appropriate content with special consideration to the unique nutritional needs of patients of all ages and demographics; both individually and as a group.
- Must possess strong presentation skills and ability to connect with a diverse audience.
- Possess the ability to communicate, both written and verbally, with participants, their families, medical personnel, and community agencies.
- Must have the strong ability to lead programs with cultural competence and sensitivity.
- Spanish speaking.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Master's degree preferred.
