Job Summary:
Englewood Hospital is seeking a dynamic and experienced CAT Scan Supervisor to join our growing team of healthcare professionals. As one of the leading healthcare facilities in the region, we are committed to providing exceptional care and innovative services to our community. The ideal candidate will supervise and coordinate daily operations of the CAT Scan department, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal patient care. Prepares patients for CT exams and procedures. Ensures compliance with all regulatory standards, quality measures, guidelines and safety protocols as defined by The American College of Radiology (ACR) and the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). Collaborates with other healthcare professionals and providers to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and satisfaction. Rotates through off-site locations to ensure the highest quality of care throughout community-based sites. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve excellence.

Hours: 8am-4pm Mon-Fri - Must be flexible to accommodate needs of department
**Travel to Hospital outpatient departments (HOPDs) required**
Job Essentials:
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience as a CT technologist
- Minimum one (1) year supervisory experience in diagnostic imaging required
- Travel to all off-site locations required
- Prior experience creating protocols and establishing quality measures for care required
- Knowledge of ACR accreditation and DEP health & safety standards required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Graduate of an accredited program of Radiologic Technology
License/Certification/Registry:
- CT certification required
- ARRT certification required and hold current NJ State License
- Maintains CPR certification
