Length: 13 weeks

Weekend: Every 4th weekend
On call: Rotating. Approximately 7 shifts per quarter, 3 of which are on the weekends they work, but based on unit's needs

• MO License
• 1 year previous Adult Skilled Home Health experience
• Phlebotomy/IV Management experience
• Computerized documentation experience
• Admission Assessment experience
• Discharge/discharge due to safety or Noncompliance experience
• Recertification experience
• Resumption of care experience
• Routine Visit experience
• Start of Care experience
• Wound Care experience
• Infection Control Precautions experience
• Medication administration/management experience
• BLS
• OASIS preferred
• Case Management experience preferred
