Requirements:
- TN/Compact License
- 2 yrs of PICU exp req with travel or 3 yrs PICU exp req with no travel for travelers with BSN
- BLS
- BSN preferred. If no BSN, 3 years experience is required with travel
- COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required - No Exemptions
- Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required - No Exemptions
- Must live at least 100 miles from the facility
- Will not take locals
