PUMP SERVICE COORDINATOR – PUMP PRO'S (MASON, OH)
 
Pump Pros, a division of FCX Performance/an Applied Industrial Technologies Company and a leading process flow control company has a new position! As a Pump Service Coordinator, you will organize and facilitate pump service quotes and orders for our Mason, OH location. You'll spend your time interacting with customers, outside sales reps, mechanics and vendors. You will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, retention and sales results!
 

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully sell service (pump repair/field service) to customers by creating quotes for inquiries sent in by Outside Sales or directly from the customer.
  • Discuss teardown reports with shop mechanics to determine best path forward on a repair.
  • Coordinate/organize repair orders going through the shop alongside the Warehouse Manager (review active jobs with the pump mechanics on a weekly basis).
  • Facilitate feedback on active quotes and jobs.
  • Process and expedite orders, customer returns and vendor returns in an accurate and timely manner with efficiency in vendor follow up to ensure timely delivery.
  • Sourcing and getting quotes from vendors, effectively handling correspondence from customers and fielding calls from customers as well as assisting the outside sales team.
  • Oversee sales orders that you enter from the time of entry to order shipment.
  • Occasional hands-on assistance for mechanics on repair jobs.


Position Requirements   

  • Excellent organization and multitasking skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Mechanically inclined (may be asked to help with repairs occasionally).
  • Computer proficiency including MS office.
  • Eligible to assist with deliveries (driving company trucks). DOT license a plus.
  • Written and verbal communication skills including English grammar.
  • Ability and desire to quickly learn new processes and systems.
  • Epicor P21 a plus!

Preferred Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience in a Warehouse environment preferred.
  • Experience in Customer Service-related Industry preferred, experience in an Inside Technical Sales/Customer Service role with an Industrial Distributor a plus.
  • Experience with pump repair a plus.
