Job Overview:
The Manager, FirstAlt Operations Support, will play a pivotal role in helping FirstAlt meet our priorities and initiatives. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and execute strategic initiatives aimed at achieving organizational goals and enhancing long-term competitiveness. The role requires strong operational, analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills, along with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the identification and assessment of projects and challenges, working closely with senior leadership and department heads.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives effectively, monitoring progress and addressing any roadblocks or issues.
  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to support strategic decision-making, including market trends, competitor analysis, legislative trends and customer insights.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on the status of strategic initiatives to senior management, highlighting achievements, risks, and recommended adjustments.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to communicate strategic objectives, solicit feedback, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the organization's strategic priorities.
  • All other duties as assigned.

**The salary range for this role will be $90K - $140K**

Additional Information

  • This position may require occasional travel.
  • Flexible working hours may be necessary to accommodate meetings with multiple stakeholders.
  • It is expected that they will work out of the Oceanside, CA office.
