The following position is for a proposed new/future business within MPC Bus Co. Only candidates meeting the work experience requirements will be considered.
Responsibilities of an Assistant General Manager:
This individual on-site and on-call assists and supports the General Manager in being responsible for all aspects of the operation. This individual will manage the project in the absence of the General Manager, to ensure no interruption in on-site management coverage. This individual must be able to perform all System Administration duties and will provide operations supervisory coverage in the absence of Operations Supervisor staff.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of five (5) years of proven experience managing a paratransit operation similar in scope and size
- Proficient and knowledgeable in the Trapeze PASS system
