岗位职责
1.    负责自动化设备及非标自动化项目的电气控制系统设计、开发与优化。
2.    负责PLC程序编写、调试及设备现场导入，确保设备稳定运行。
3.    负责电气原理图设计、电气元器件选型及控制系统方案制定。
4.    负责伺服系统、变频器、传感器、工业机器人等自动化设备的集成与调试。
5.    与机械工程师协同完成机电一体化设备开发及技术改进项目。
6.    负责设备故障分析、技术支持及持续改善，提高设备可靠性和生产效率。
7.    编制相关技术文档、操作手册及设备维护保养文件。
8.    支持生产、工程及品质部门解决设备运行中的技术问题。

任职要求
1.    本科及以上学历，机电一体化、自动化、电气工程及其自动化等相关专业。
2.    5年以上自动化设备电气设计、开发或调试经验。
3.    熟练掌握PLC编程与调试，能够独立完成自动化设备控制程序开发。
4.    熟悉西门子、三菱、欧姆龙、倍福等主流PLC品牌中的一种或多种。
5.    熟悉HMI、人机界面编程及伺服控制系统应用。
6.    熟悉工业通讯协议（如Profinet、EtherCAT、Modbus等）。
7.    具备较强的问题分析能力、逻辑思维能力和项目推进能力。
8.    具有良好的团队合作精神及沟通协调能力。

优先录用条件
1.    熟练使用SolidWorks或UG（NX）进行机械设计及产品开发者优先。
2.    具备机械制图能力，能够独立阅读和绘制机械图纸者优先。
3.    具备非标自动化设备开发经验者优先。
4.    具备机器人、机器视觉、智能制造项目经验者优先。
5.    有电子制造、汽车零部件、智能装备等行业经验者优先。
