Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an 智能化辅助维修系统工程师（AI Debug） located in Zhuhai.

What a typical day looks like:

• 基于消费类电子产品ODM/OEM服务和工厂端线路板、成品的维修数据，开发和实现智能化辅助维修系统（AI debug），功能模块如下：

a.设计基于机器视觉的PCB缺陷检测算法架构;

b.开发维修知识图谱与故障树分析系统;

c..搭建融合MES数据的智能诊断中台;

d.实现维修过程AR可视化引导系统;

e.优化SMT/AOI设备数据接口协议.

• 通过持续的数据和硬件优化，不断训练AI debug系统，实现：

a.故障诊断准确率提升;

b.技术员培训周期缩短;

c.维修人力成本降低;

d.建立智能诊断数据库.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• 电子工程/自动化/计算机相关专业，本科或专科+经验；
• 精通产线场景：熟悉ICT测试、FCT功能测试、维修工作站布局；
• 有消费电子产品（智能穿戴/小家电/IoT设备）DFM经验者加分
• 必备技术要求：Python/C++、SQL/NoSQL数据库、OpenCV/TensorFlow
• 优先技术要求：Altium Designer解析、LabVIEW仪器控制、AWS/GCP部署
