Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Analyst, SQL Database located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Manager, IT, Analyst, SQL Database role in charge of providing technical administrative and implementations holds up for SQL Databases and the related Business applications. Ensuring ITIL practices are always followed diligently.

Always align the IT services provided with the needs of the Business. While the primary focus should be on the stability of the database systems, architecting, design, installation and setup of the infrastructure are other core controls for this role.

What a typical day looks like:

• Support for incidents/user tickets and new requests.
• Monitor databases,
• Monitor Flex sense
• Close tickets and requests based on SLAs.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Systems Engineer or similar.
• Knowledge and administration of Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge and administration of SQL databases.
• Intermediate English.
