To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Automation Technician located in Aguascalientes

Reporting to the Automation Manager, Automation Technician role involves working on the automation projects on going for the different process across the organization. Conducts analysis, design, evaluate, modify, and implement of the equipment / machine improvements across several segments. Supervise, plans and directs technician's daily basis to perform automation projects as per schedule.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Duties performed in this role vary depending on the business unit, location or product being manufactured.  Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Determines requirements, designs, builds, tests, and implements automation projects, and enhances business systems
  • Follow and implements comprehensive automation plans to ensure that systems and programs are tested and debugged
  • Ensures product is completed and that attains customer's requirements along with functions properly
  • Analyses, detects, identifies, and corrects technical problems and deficiencies
  • Provides technical support for clients and business along with product knowledge as required, during show

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • BA/BS Electronics
  • Basic English
  • Daily meeting related to automation projects
  • Technical support in the design, integration, testing and installation stages of automated equipment.
  • Support / troubleshoot automated equipment failures
  •  Interaction with engineering groups as needed.
  •  Changes/improvements to new automated equipment routines.
  • Failure analysis with downward trend.
  • Schedule availability (shift rotation).
  • Analyses, detects, identifies, and corrects manufacturing problems and deficiencies
  • Add new routines for PLC / vision system.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical diagrams including complex automated system drawings.
